Un gruppo di giovani musicisti si forma negli anni ‘70 in Italia, iniziando una carriera professionale che li porterà, per vent’anni, a suonare in vari paesi europei e nel continente asiatico. Rientrati in Italia negli anni ‘80 fanno esperienze musicali di vario genere fino ad arrivare, nel 1987, a seguito dell’entusiasmante incontro col chitarrista John Scofield, alla formazione dei FusionTre, gruppo ispirato al genere jazz-fusion.
L'entusiasmo e la passione per la musica Fusion, ovvero per una musica che getta un ponte ideale utilizzando le migliori sonorità tra i più vari generi musicali, spinsero Adriano Landini, Paolo Laino e Andrea Borsatti a creare una nuova formazione, con l’unico scopo di comporre musica, divertendosi, con orecchio sempre attento alle sfumature più innovative, secondo uno stile ed un metodo di lavoro ben definito.
Il Gruppo ha visto la colllaborazione di vari musicisti, con i quali ha avuto modo di esibirsi in vari locali e di partecipare, con successo, a diverse manifestazioni musicali nazionali e internazionali.
Nel 1997, superando un mese di selezioni live, riceve il Premio Giuria del Music Fight Sound Factory. I componenti dei FusionTre fanno parte dell'ultima formazione del famoso gruppo fiorentino degli anni '70 "i califfi", con il quale hanno registrato i CD Evoluzione, All'improvviso e The best of i califfi.
Caratteristiche dell'avvincente nucleo sono la ricerca della perfezione musicale attraverso l'equilibrio tra ricchezza armonico-melodica ed un elegante pulsare ritmico, a cavallo tra Jazz, Funky, Rock e ritmi Sud Americani. L'alta tecnica unita al travolgente suono creato dall'anima sono alla base di ogni brano dei FusionTre.
Il repertorio nel corso degli anni si è arricchito, grazie all'impegno costante nel tempo e alle esperienze vissute dai singoli componenti del gruppo, venendo apprezzati da un crescente e variegato pubblico: da quello piu’ esigente di natura jazzistica, ai giovani appassionati di musica Pop, Rock, Funky e Sud Americana, attingendo la musica Fusion soprattutto da questi generi. Numerosi sono i successi dei FusionTre riscontrati durante i concerti live tenuti in varie città europee, tra cui Vienna, Berna, Basilea e Montecarlo.
L'evoluzione naturale è stata la realizzazione del loro primo CD 21st Century, interamente composto e arrangiato dal gruppo. Un ringraziamento particolare va all'editore Lando Fanfani delle Edizioni Musicali Il Chiostro che ha creduto in loro fin dall’inizio.
A group of young musicians formed in the '70s in Italy, started a career that will take them, for twenty years, playing in various European countries and in Asia. In 1997, after a month of live selections, received the Jury Prize Fight Sound of Music Factory. The components of FusionTre are part of the last formation of the famous Florentine group of the '70s “i califfi“ with whom they recorded the Cds Evoluzione, All'improvviso and The best of i califfi .
Features of the ever-nucleus are the pursuit of musical perfection through balance between harmonic richness and an elegant harmonic-melodic rhythmic pulse, between Jazz, Funky, Rock and South American rhythms. The high technique combined with the overwhelming sound created by the soul are the basis of every piece of FusionTre.
Their repertory over the years has been enriched with a continuing effort and with experiences of the individual members of the group, being appreciated by a growing and variegated audience: by the most demanding of jazz to young music lovers of Pop, Rock, Funky and South American music , drawing on the above Fusion music from these genres.
There are many successes of FusionTre encountered during live concerts held in various European cities including Vienna, Bern, Basel and MonteCarlo.
The natural evolution was the creation of their first CD 21st Century, entirely composed and arranged by the group. A special thanks goes to the publisher of Edizioni Musicali Lando Fanfani Il Chiostro who believed in them from the beginning.
